Lillian Moremi is a Senior Consultant/ Lecturer - Entrepreneurship at IDM Botswana. Prior to IDM, Ms Moremi, as a training and skills development practitioner with over ten years of experience in driving the youth development agenda, worked with the private and public sector, including NGOs and development partners locally and internationally focusing on promoting education, entrepreneurship, and employability.

Ms Moremi holds a Degree of Executive Master in Entrepreneurship from the University of Botswana and a Bachelor of Commerce in Financial Accounting from the University of Cape Town, South Africa. Her dream is to see young people contributing towards the development of the continent and taking the lead in making the world a better place.
